Whether you develop a new settlement into a bustling hotel or trading center, or are content to build a prosperous and self-sufficient home, everything is in your hands - including the lives of your people.

Create your bloodline or choose from an existing clan, then take charge of a multi-generational family surviving in the harsh Scottish Highlands. Your family will marry, have children, grow old, and eventually die. However, their contributions and efforts will remain in the world and be inherited by the next generation.

Make overall arrangements to ensure that everyone eats well, sleeps well, and has appropriate entertainment, but do not affect the family's preparation for the inevitable winter.
