Encounter maps offer a classic 4X gameplay experience. Compete or cooperate with other settlements in balanced, optimized multiplayer maps for a classic and shortened RTS adrenaline rush. In this map mode, all players start in a single settlement.

Custom maps include the deepest roguelike mechanics ever found in a real-time strategy game, providing unlimited replayability. Once you set up your starting rules and modifiers, you can enjoy a randomized, procedurally generated world that the "first humans" never explored.
