Dotage is a town construction simulation management game with roguelike elements. As the village elder, lead your villagers to build a new home. Game background

You are an elder. You foresee a future that is doomed, so you take a few Pip, your fellow countrymen, and take them to an empty valley to start over. They need your guidance to survive the events predicted by the prophecy, so make sure your Pip works hard!

Dotage features a deep worker placement mechanic inspired by board games.

Build your village and have your workers complete their daily tasks, grow crops, release animals, bury corpses, forge tools, upgrade buildings, train professionals, and produce dozens of resources.

Take your time and think carefully before passing your turn!

Game Features

The elders’ memories are unclear, so each playthrough will be different, with new buildings to discover. Play with over 200 buildings, 30 professions and 70 resources.

As you play, the memories of the elders will come back, unlocking new game mechanics and content, such as new diseases, mysterious guests, and new elders!

With each turn, the "field" of power that rules the world will trigger increasingly powerful events in your village.

From poison, to disease, to earthquakes, to kittens. Can you survive them all and find out what caused the apocalypse?

In addition to being different every time you play, the game has multiple difficulty levels, so choose one that suits your play style.

This game is a love letter to the games of my childhood. It was made with passion by a developer from Italy in my spare time for 9 years.

The game's music is authentic medieval music, taken from the Codex de Montpellier and rearranged by Luigi Di Guida.
